The concept of a photo safari is not new.  In fact, long before the digital age we have captured images in our home towns and on vacation.  Many have experienced the awesome sights and sounds of an African safari. 

With the advent of the digital cameras and inexpensive memory, the costs of photographic imaging have all but been eliminated.  This opens up an vast opportunity for those so willing to capture more life moments than ever before.  No longer the planned sequence of a specific place or event, iPhotoSafaris are about the Moment... and the moment after.
